Editorial stance

Every listed firm must have verifiable public exit-advisory work. We also review regulatory status and professional memberships where they are relevant to the firm's service mix, using public evidence rather than self-description alone.

Supporting signals can include public FCA authorisation where relevant, plus membership or ranking evidence from bodies and publications such as the Employee Ownership Association, ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty, The Legal 500 and Chambers.

How firms are added

We add firms through outbound outreach and claim-and-verify requests. Listings are checked before publication, and existing firms can request corrections or removal.

Commercial model

Free listings are the default. Optional paid upgrades can add more detail and clearly labelled placement in featured areas. The site does not take commission on deals.
